In Christ's Love

Dearest Lord Jesus,

With this prayer, we call to mind our friends.

We ask for your blessing on them.

May angels fill their nights and bless their days.

May they find joy and peace and harmony.

May we be a source of happiness in their lives.

May our bonds be strong and based on truth and love.

May they always know that in us, they have support.

May we live a life that lives up to this prayer.

May our joining be a sacred space.

May we find rest here, a haven for our souls.

Remove from us any temptation to judge one another

or direct one another.

We surrender to you our burdens.

We know You are our answer and our Rock.

Help us not forget.

Bring us together in heart and mind

Guide us in the ways of holiness

May our relationships be a burst of light.

May they be a fount of love and wisdom for us,

for our families, for our community, and for our world.

May these bonds between us be a channel for Your love

and healing, a vehicle of Your grace and power.

We thank You for the gift of our friends.

Thank You for this love.

Amen.
